Faculty of Engineering Mechanics and Automation (FEMA) was founded by Decision No. 1279 / QĐ-TCCB on 04th July 2005 of the Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU).

Enhance the quality and efficiency of academic performances; Create a good academic environment and produce qualified laborers meeting the demand on skilled workforce for the nation’s development in Technical Engineering and Mechatronics Technology.

Regarding international cooperation, the Faculty is now working with Korea Foundation for International Cooperation of Science and Technology on human resource exchange. Currently, there are two KICOS experts working in the Faculty.
